«I worked in the field of adult online education for more than 15 years. When I arrived in Germany with just one suitcase and my children, I thought I would never be able to continue doing what I loved.

So I started learning the language and actively looking for work. I was lucky to find a job in my own field, but I also saw how difficult it was for many other newcomers to adapt to the new reality.

Work and communication with colleagues gave me back a sense of stability and support. People often asked how I managed to rebuild my life so quickly, learn the language, and start a career again.

That is why I decided to help others so that people like me can also find their place in Germany.»
Anastasiia Karpova,
CEO DWW Akademie
The idea to train people for professions in administration and finance appeared in 2024, when the holding launched its first accounting program.

The high employment rate among graduates led to the creation of a separate brand in 2025 — DWW Akademie. Today, we continue to expand accounting programs and add new courses based on the needs of the German labor market.
DWW Akademie is part of the Negentrix educational holding, founded in Berlin in 2022

Our team

has experienced the immigrant journey themselves and understands how difficult it can be to adapt to life in a new country without support.

That’s why we stay in touch with our students until they find a job, making sure our mission is fulfilled.
Everyone at DWW Akademie — from course developers to managers —

Our mission

To help people who have chosen Germany as their new home adapt successfully through education and a stable, respected career
Help with funding
We work with partners and the Agentur für Arbeit to help students receive funding that can fully cover the cost of training
Develop future-ready specialists
We teach the skills that German employers expect and provide official German certificates for employment — all in less than a year
Improve language skills
Students learn professional vocabulary in speaking clubs, study in simplified German, and receive subtitles during live lessons
Support with job search
We help students find internships and guide them through the entire job search process — from writing a CV to the first day at work

Why students successfully complete our courses

Clear and accessible language
We adapt the German language used in training so that non-native speakers can learn more easily
Built-in breaks and vacation periods
Each program includes breaks so students can rest, review their progress, and catch up if needed
Immersion in German culture
We include a dedicated module about German workplace culture, communication styles, and social norms
Continuous support
Students communicate in group chats, collaborate on assignments, and receive support from mentors and instructors
Flexible schedule for adults
Courses are offered with morning and evening live classes to fit around work and family responsibilities
Live online lessons
Teachers interact with every student and answer questions during working hours

Who supports students during the program

Career consultants
Consultants then recommend the most suitable profession and help identify strengths.
Sometimes we even advise that our programs may not be the right fit — and suggest alternative career directions instead
During the initial consultation, students share their background and career goals
Industry instructors
They demonstrate real workplace tasks and teach software used in about 80% of open job positions
All teachers are practicing professionals working in Germany
Career center
They help with:
  • CV writing
  • application strategies
  • interview preparation
  • reviewing employment contracts

While we do not guarantee employment, we make the job search process in Germany much easier.
HR managers, recruiters, and career coaches work with students during the training
Curators and mentors
Curators stay in contact with students in group chats, help with platform access, answer questions in German and English, and support with homework
